Four things I won't say to win the job.
I won't promise you a number of leads, sales or customers. Nobody honest can, and anyone who does is guessing with your money.
I won't ask for your password. Partner access through Business Manager, every single time — your assets stay yours.
I won't start without advance payment, and I won't take on a business whose offer I don't think can carry paid traffic yet.
I won't hide a bad week. If a campaign is underperforming you'll hear it from me before you notice it yourself.
Why this page exists
Most businesses I speak to have been burned once already — an agency that took a retainer, ran one campaign, sent a dashboard full of impressions and never explained what any of it meant. The pitch always sounded certain. That certainty was the warning sign.
So these four are written down where you can hold me to them. If I ever break one, you have it in writing.
What I will commit to instead
- A clean build. Tracking that fires, structure that makes sense, nothing switched on before it is tested.
- Disciplined testing. Losing variants switched off early rather than left running out of hope.
- A weekly written report in language you could repeat to your accountant.
- An early conversation if the numbers are not going to work — in month one, not month three.
