How I Work

Home/About/How I work

Four steps. No surprises in the middle.

The same sequence on every project, whether it is a one-off landing page or a full retainer.

How we work together

Four steps. No surprises in the middle.

STEP 01

Call

Twenty minutes on your schedule. You tell me the business, the offer, the budget and what a customer is worth. I tell you straight whether I can help.

STEP 02

Scope

You get the scope, timeline and price in writing before anything starts. Advance payment confirms the slot — that part isn't flexible.

STEP 03

Build

Accounts, tracking, campaigns or on-page work. Access is always partner access through Business Manager. I never ask for your password.

STEP 04

Report

A weekly update in plain language: what ran, what it cost, what came in, and what changes next week. Bad weeks get reported too.

What I need from you at each stage

The projects that go badly almost never fail on the advertising side. They stall because content never arrives, access is half-granted, or enquiries sit unanswered for four days. So here is exactly what is needed from your side, stated up front.

  • At the call: what you sell, what it costs, and roughly what a customer is worth over time. That last number decides everything.
  • Before the build: partner access to your Business Manager or Google Ads account — never passwords — plus any photos, video or brand assets you already have.
  • During the first month: someone who replies to enquiries quickly. Slow replies waste good leads faster than bad targeting does.
  • Every month: twenty minutes to read the report and tell me what you are seeing on your end. Closed jobs, time-wasters, phone calls that never showed in the data.

What happens when something goes wrong

It will, at some point. A campaign underperforms, a policy flag lands, a landing page breaks. The commitment is not that it never happens — it is that you hear it from me before you notice it yourself, with what caused it and what I am doing about it in the same message.

What you get every week

A report you can read in two minutes.

Spend, results, cost per result, and what changes next week — in plain language, not a dashboard screenshot. Bad weeks get reported the same way good ones do.

Next

It starts with twenty minutes.

You tell me the business, the offer and the budget. I tell you straight whether I can help.
